Campaigns / Northern California School board to Assembly

Campaign websites, school board to Assembly.

Your consultant does mail. Your treasurer does the filings. Nobody on the stack owns the website, so it gets built by a volunteer on a template the week before ballots drop. I build it properly, host it through election day, and answer the phone when it needs changing.

Sample school-board campaign site: Teresa Warren for Coyote Hill USD Trustee Area 3

Teresa Warren and Coyote Hill USD are fictional. The site is real.

What’s included

Everything a small campaign needs online. Nothing it doesn’t.

A WordPress site you’ll own

Home, Meet the candidate, Priorities, Endorsements, Get Involved, Donate, Contact. Your colours, your photo, your words.

Donate that works on a phone

ActBlue embedded as an amount grid, not a button that leads somewhere else. Pinned to the header at every screen size.

Forms that feed your list

Signup, volunteer, endorsement and yard-sign forms, landing in your email tool rather than a spreadsheet nobody opens.

“Am I in this district?”

A ZIP check on the home page that tells voters whether you’re on their ballot, and sends everyone else to the volunteer form.

Campaign email, locked down

Google Workspace on your domain with two-factor turned on from day one.

The disclaimer, done right

“Paid for by” and your FPPC number as a boxed, legible design element, not grey text in the footer.

Hosting through election day

Fast cloud hosting, daily backups, SSL, security monitoring, and edits included. No contract.

A proper ending

Half the campaign sites I researched were dead domains. Win or lose, yours switches to a thank-you page and the domain stays yours.

Price

Same deal as everyone else. No contract.

$1,500
Build, one-time · then $99 / month

The build is the full site plus the campaign plumbing: ActBlue, the forms, the ZIP check, the disclaimer box, and campaign email on your domain if you don’t already have it. The monthly is hosting, security, daily backups and edits, through election day.

Calendar

Running in 2028? Let’s talk in 2027.

Now Nobody builds a site six weeks out. If that’s you, call anyway. 2027 Trainings, county endorsements, early filers. A live site is how you look serious. 2028 Filing windows open. Your site should already be up.
Contact

Pick up the phone.
